“But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.”—Romans 13:14
There truly is a greater joy than our fleshly comfort. I don’t really recognize myself right now. I’m not sure if it’s the new city I’m in or the fanny pack I wear, but somehow God’s voice is more prevalent. Knocking on doors just seems to remove all that is familiar to me. As a whole, I see more clearly His divine calling in this place. He has been preparing me for this for a long time.
“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”—Ephesians 2:10
I don’t have to worry about perfection, because God will accomplish what He wants through this. I pray I will be more attuned to his voice.
Wow.
